We are a factory, we provide ODM & OEM services.
2. What is your main product line?
We mainly produce led lights and lighting fixtures, focusing on commercial lighting (led downlight, led track light etc.).
3. Do you have the ability to do independent research and development?
Our engineering department has 10 staffs, we have the R&D ability to make our products competitive. We also collect regularly customer feedback, products improvement and new product requirements. We also hold monthly new product launches.
4. What certificates do you have?
Our products have passed CE, RoHS, ETL, and etc.
5. What is the warranty?
Most of our products are covered by a 5-year warranty.
6. How do you handle defects?
We offer a 1/1 replacement of defects within the warranty period.
