What is your delivery date?

Typically, different items have different delivery dates. Sample delivery time is 3-5 days after receiving the sample request and sample fee. Bulk production delivery time is 10-18 days after confirming the order upon receiving the buyer's deposit.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard LED track lights, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. We can provide samples before placing an official order.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% balance is due before shipment after the goods have successfully passed inspection.

How do you control quality?

We implement 3 quality control processes:
1. IQC: We inspect 20% of each component and match assemblies to verify functionality.
2. IPQC: Addresses daily production and work-in-progress audits, resolving quality issues during incoming inspection.
3. Finished Product Cut Inspection: Checks 20% of finished units to ensure each piece meets standards.
We can also send videos demonstrating our quality control procedures when order is initiated.

What is the warranty and certification standard?

Most of our products come with a 5-year warranty. Our products are certified with CE, RoHS, SAA, and other necessary international standards.

How about packaging and product design?

In addition to the factory original design with neutral laser and labels, and the original packaging for export cartons, we can customize outer packaging and design according to customer requirements.
